We started the daunting task of searching for a home in McLean. After many months looking at the same types of homes, we reached out to TriCrest because we wanted something different. After meeting with Chris and his team, we decided to move forward with the build. We had heard many negative things about other builders and the process, but were so pleased with the TriCrest team and how they made us feel at ease. They built an amazing home and we are so grateful to them for their hard work.

Homeowner

The connection between the indoor and outdoor space sets this luxury estate home apart from others in the region. A massive, partially covered outdoor terrace set with a beautiful marble extends beyond a second-floor terrace offering privacy and views of almost 50’ from the rear yard space! Exterior bands of precast mixed with white brick and white cast stone detail the elevation. Curated landscaping adds the optimal amount of contrast to the elevation. The interior floor plan is open yet distinct in creating interest for each room. Our clients wanted clean and detailed features inside the home that blended with the exterior but produced a fresh and curated transitional look. We achieved this by using warm, yet contemporary wood beams in the kitchen, supple wood tones for the cabinets and flooring, and stunning details with stone and countertop materials and textures. The dramatic foyer entry includes two curved walls with dual curved tray ceilings that set the stage for the rest of the home. This luxury estate home included unique details like a homework station, tennis court in the basement, and multiple kitchen spaces throughout the first floor.
